This is a neat upgrade for your Ruger 10/22, I put this rail set
on Dads Ruger, and it looks real good, with room for a Red Dot or a CQB Scope, a Tactical Flashlight, Laser, Bipod and a Foregrip.

The UTG Rail Covers are nice, hard rubber, they don't fall off, seem comfortable to hold, they
can be removed and placed where needed, and re-installed (not too easy to do, but you'll learn the trick, stretch them
backwards a little before reinstalling.)
It fits the Ruger stock ok, the top cover will fit a Bull Barrel, and many
aftermarket stocks, it will not fit a Ram Line Synthetic stock unless you modify it.
The bottom cover is designed
to replace the barrel band. Modification to the stock may be needed to install the bottom cover.
The top rail goes all the way back over the receiver and attaches
with screws into the factory scope holes. The front attaches much like a 2 piece barrel band clamp arrangment, so it's
a good sturdy arrangment.
The slot for the rear sight and the special groove in the top rail allows the iron sights to
be used.
